Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
By accessing or using AgentOnboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AgentOnboard provides an identity and authentication layer for AI agents. Users generate static keys that can be exchanged for short-lived session tokens, which are then verified by partner APIs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your static keys. You must immediately revoke any key you suspect has been compromised. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activity, to transmit malware, to impersonate others, or to exceed rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Enterprise customers may have SLA terms defined in a separate agreement.
AgentOnboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to unauthorized access to your static keys or session tokens.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your keys will be revoked and session tokens will cease to work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
